How is it delivered?

To ensure that your order arrives safely, we send insured packages with DHL in cooperation with Deutsche Post. With the help of the shipment tracking emailed by us, you can optimally track the status of your delivery! What is the return policy?

Within a period of 2 weeks from receipt of the goods, you have an unrestricted right of return without giving reasons. Exception: Items that have been made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer (e.g. jerseys with individual flocking, items including club name, club logo and personalization), sealed audio and video recordings or software if they have been unsealed by the customer are. Items must be returned in their original condition (original packaging and tags).

How do I order online?

You can only order online via our online shop. To order, click on "Add to shopping cart" for the item you want. The article is now in the shopping cart, which you can see on the top right. Click on "shopping cart" and you will receive a list of the items in the shopping cart. Here you now have the option of changing the number or deleting individual items. If all items are correct, you can continue the ordering process by clicking on "Checkout". As a registered customer, enter your username and password in the "I am already a customer" field on the right. If you are not yet registered, please fill in the empty fields under "Register". After checking your data, the ordering process can be completed.

Why are individual sizes or items not displayed?

Sizes or items that are not displayed may only be temporarily sold out, no longer available or not yet available.

Can I delete the items that are in the shopping cart?

Yes, you can view the shopping cart, change items and also delete them at any time. If you have chosen the wrong size, the item must be deleted and reselected. You can then simply continue with the order.

When is my order dispatched?

In the order form, tick “I have read the general terms and conditions” and click “Next”. On the next page, complete your order by clicking the "Confirm order" button.

Has the order arrived in the system?

After submitting the order in the online shop, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received an order confirmation by e-mail, the order has not been completed correctly. In this case, please contact our staff in the fan shop using the above contact details.

Are ordered products always delivered?

In the case of goods with low availability, simultaneous orders may lead to stock shortages. Corresponding information will be sent to you by e-mail.

Is it possible that products will be available again later?

Due to returns or new incoming goods, this can happen occasionally. Just visit the online shop regularly.

Is partial delivery automatically carried out?

No! If items in your order are not available at the moment, we will inform you of this and send you the available products immediately. The missing item will be forwarded as soon as possible after we have received the item back.
